Thirdly, be cautious, due to hormonal changes your immune system weakens making you susceptible to various illnesses. Eat well cooked food, wash fruits and vegetables before eating. Do not attempt any kind of hard exercises. Light to medium exercise should be alright if you want. There are some exercises that help you during pregnancy, you can use those. Healthy pregnancy is not a hard thing to achieve. Smoking is strictly prohibited. And you should reduce your intake of alcohol and caffeine to a minimum.
Fourthly, be cheerful and try to enjoy the time. Stress free happy mind is essential for a good health. Pregnancy can be a stressful time and a lot of fear can develop inside you like the fear of a miscarriage. But remember that a healthy pregnancy will surely give you a good result i.e. having a good healthy baby.
